How do I book an appointment?
Use our appointment form, call +91 99907 59453, or send us a WhatsApp message. If you use the form, complete the final WhatsApp step so the front desk can confirm your appointment time.
What are the consultation hours?
Our OPD hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM–2:00 PM and 6:00 PM–8:30 PM. We are closed on Sunday. Please call before visiting to confirm your doctor's availability.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Bring any previous prescriptions, medical reports, scans and a list of the medicines you take. For an eye consultation, bring your current spectacles. If you plan to use Ayushman Bharat, bring your Ayushman card and a government-issued photo ID, and ask the front desk about any additional documents needed.
Can I consult for both eye and orthopedic concerns?
Yes. Eye care and orthopedics are available in the same hospital. Tell the front desk that you would like to see both specialists so they can help coordinate appointments based on doctor availability.
Is surgery free under Ayushman Bharat?
We offer free, cashless surgery under PM-JAY for eligible patients when the procedure is covered and approved under the scheme. Coverage depends on your eligibility, the applicable treatment package and available scheme benefits. Please contact us before admission so we can check the details for your planned treatment.
Does an Ayushman card cover every treatment?
No. PM-JAY covers specified hospital treatments; an Ayushman card does not automatically make every consultation, test or procedure free. Ask the front desk to verify the package and approval requirements for your treatment. You can also refer to the official PM-JAY information.
